In his current role he is responsible for all HR related activities at Delos Cloud, a Start-up founded and owned by SAP to offer a sovereign cloud for the public sector in Germany. As a trainer for Search Inside Yourself (SIY), he promotes mindfulness to his colleagues at SAP and to customers. Additionally he serves as a member of SAP´s Global Crisis Management Team. Over the last 20+ years he has built international experience in strategic and operational HR business in all pillars: Business Partner, Center of Expertise and Shared Services in different industries and geographies. He has been fortunate to live and work in Czech Republic, Germany, India, Italy, CH and had the opportunity to work on projects in the US, China, South Africa and across Europe.
